Michael Vovakes is an experienced executive with extensive public and private sector experience in strategy, operations, and government relations. He has advised over 400 start-ups, worked in a Fortune 500 company where he lead teams working on Lean Six Sigma projects, and has held senior level positions in State and Federal Government. In Pennsylvania, Michael served as a senior advisor to the Secretary of Labor & Industry, dealing with operational, policy, and legislative matters and was named Executive Director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and Deputy Secretary for Compensation & Insurance where he was responsible for the operation of Pennsylvania's largest workers' compensation insurance company.
