Michael has been a regulator of an industry, operated a regulated business, and has successfully lobbied for statutes and appropriations.

Michael has worked with Boards of Directors to lead organizations through significant personnel, cultural, and operational change. In situations where a change at the top needs a steady, insightful, short-term leadership, we are prepared to help directly or through introduction to other very capable resources.

Michael has experience advising boards, sitting on boards, and has been elected chairman of a board. He brings insights from the unique experience of having worked in public and private sectors, an understanding of the challenges involved in starting and running a business, the importance of the government and regulators on business, and the work involved in a business turn-around.
